How We Charge — Clear and Simple
$3,800 Flat-Fee Retainer. That's It Upfront.
Inheritance and trust cases are complex. They often involve many beneficiaries, a lot of paperwork, review of the trust, and negotiation. Still, you pay just one flat retainer fee — one of the lowest retainer fees in California for this type of case.
$3,800 one-time flat fee
This retainer gets your case started. It is the only amount you pay upfront.
No hourly charges
We never bill by the hour. No surprise bills for calls, emails, or document review.
The rest on contingency
The rest of our fee comes from what is recovered in your case.
Probate administration cases are priced differently, and complex litigation may carry a higher fee — the attorney will confirm the exact fee for your case before you sign anything. Your exact terms are in your written retainer agreement. Submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship.
